FRED FALCONI

Fred Falconi is a coach, methodological coordinator, and specialist in football training, with over two decades dedicated to the development of athletes, coaching staff, and methodological structures within clubs in Brazil and abroad.

Holding a degree in Physical Education from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), Fred also joined the Center for Studies of Cognition and Action (CECA), where he built a career marked by excellence, applied research in sports, and the implementation of high-performance processes.

He worked for ten years as a coach at Minas Tênis Clube, was an Assistant Coach for the Brazilian Under-18 Futsal Team, managed youth and high-performance teams, and coordinated categories at Clube Atlético Mineiro.

Between 2019 and 2022, he consolidated his work as a coach at Barra Futebol Clube, where he returned in 2024 to assume the position of Methodological Coordinator.

His training includes widely recognized national and international certifications, such as:
License B – CBF
Youth Categories Coordination - CBF
Certifications in game analysis, training methodology, and developmental processes for young players.

In addition, he has supplementary training in human resource management and neuroscience in sports.

He participated in courses and professional development programs in Brazil and other countries, building a career on the field, working daily with athletes, coaches, and managers.

His approach combines scientific knowledge, practical experience, and an unusual ability to translate complex concepts into simple, applicable, and efficient actions.

This combination led him to create the EMP method, a framework that organizes the teaching-learning process and offers football professionals a clear path to develop teams with more purpose, autonomy, efficiency, and consistency.

 

This method has been tested, applied, and refined over years of professional practice, becoming a robust tool for those seeking to raise the level of organization, direction, and pedagogical quality within the football environment.

Today, Fred Falconi works offering mentoring, professional guidance, and methodological consulting in soccer throughout the country, helping coaches and managers build an intentional, structured practice aligned with the real demands of the game and contemporary sports training.
